RIGHT OF WAIVER AND CLAIM
The Customer (consumer within the meaning of the law of 6.4.2010 on Market Practices and Consumer Protection) has the right to notify C du Belge that he / she renounces the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day after the day of delivery of the Product.
C du Belge will only act on the waiver by the Customer if the original packaging of the Product has remained intact and if the Product has not been used or damaged. The Customer's notification must take place by e-mail (info@cdubelge.be). On this occasion and as soon as the buyer has respected the deadline referred to above, he will be confirmed by email of the return authorization. In the event of a return, and after having notified C du Belge by email within the period referred to above, the costs of returning the Product are always payable by the Customer.
C du Belge will reimburse by transfer to a bank account, the number of which must necessarily be indicated in the return notification email. The reimbursement will be made within a maximum period of 30 days from the day on which C du Belge becomes aware of the will to renounce and in any event after receipt of the returned Product.
